I am a New York-based therapist specializing in helping queer, trans, BIPOC, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent clients build the lives they want through self-exploration, affirmation, and empowerment. I also help individuals identify patterns and pain points in their relationships and heal relational trauma, creating an affirming and non-judgmental space to explore all types and structures of connection.
