I am a Psychotherapist who specializes in treating Eating Disorders, Gender and sexuality, as well as trauma. I am authentic in my approach and wholehearted in my desire to help bring hope and healing to adults, couples, and adolescents who might be struggling. I focus on treating the Whole person, mind, Body, and spirit. I am trained in providing CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma informed modalities. I am eclectic in my approach and I recognize that the relationship that is built between Client and Therapist is the most important aspect to the therapeutic process, with that in mind I strive to create a genuine, non judgmental relationship in order to help Clients be who they truly are!
